In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Act, and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you as follows:
INSTITUT IGH, d.d. Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714 (hereinafter: the Company) announces that on May 6th 2024., as part of a consortium led by the renowned Italian company Archest S.R.L., signed a framework agreement with Anas SpA in Italy for the provision of services for technical-administrative assistance services aimed at guaranteeing support to the RUP and the Works Management office for the execution of Scheduled Maintenance interventions - 16 LOTs.
The estimated value of the framework agreement is 5,000,000.00 EUR, of which 40% of the value, amounting to 2,000,000.00 EUR, is anticipated for the services provided by Institut IGH.
This agreement represents a significant step in expanding Institut IGH operations into the Western European region, strengthening its position as a reliable partner in the European Union. We anticipate that the collaboration with Anas SpA will serve as a foundation for further successes and contribute to our presence in the Western European market, further solidifying our position as a leading name in research and development in the construction industry.
