ZAGREB, 19 April (Hina) - Croatian President Zoran Milanović, by decision of the Constitutional Court, cannot become prime minister even if he garnered enough support from smaller parties, but if he did, that could open space for stronger pro-Russia influence in the country, foreign news agencies said on Friday.
