Pursuant to provisions of Articles 133 and 140 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereon in the text: the Company) hereby announces that on February 26, 2024, the Management Board of the Company will be held in order to consider the consolidated and unconsolidated financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter of 2023.
Atlantic Grupa d.d. hereby announces that on February 27, 2024 at the Company’s headquarters, starting at 10:00 AM, the presentation to interested financial analysts and investors, announcing financial results for the Fourth Quarter 2023 and unaudited financial results for the year 2023 will be held, inviting interested parties to confirm their participation by e-mail to ir@atlanticgrupa.com no later than 23 February 2024.
