INSTITUT IGH, d.d. , a leading consulting and engineering company in the region, with more than 70 years of professional support to the civil engineering industry informs that the previously published Decisions of the Company's General Assembly held on 1 December 2024, on the changes of the Supervisory Board members and provisions of the Articles of Association have been entered in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb on 29 December 2023, under the number Zg Tt23/52200-2. The members of the Supervisory Board of the Company who have been elected for a new term of 4 years by the Decision of the General Assembly of the Company as of 1 December 2023 have been entered in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb. These are Žarko Dešković from Split, Ban Mladenova 2, PIN/OIB: 78923053725; Sergej Gljadelkin from Zagreb, Miroslava Kraljevića 28, PIN/OIB: 50886241583; Igor Aleksandrov Tkach from Zagreb, Miroslava Kraljevića 28, PIN/OIB: 26620139078 and Mariyan Tkach from Versoix, Chemin depont-Ceard 18, PIN/OIB: 20591396734. The amended provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company have also been entered in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb which, among other, refer to the adjustment and increase of the share capital, so that the share capital amounts to EUR 14,814,630.00, divided into 1,481,463 shares with a nominal value of 10.00 EUR, as well as the change of the official gazette of the Company, according to which the official gazette of the Company is the Court Register.
