• Company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC., Masarykova 1, Zagreb, VAT ID No. (OIB): 59300096187, registered in the court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb under ID (MBS): 080466824, on behalf of alternative investment sub-fund ICAM Outfox Macro Income Fund, ISIN: HRICAMUOMIF8, LEI: 529900CJNEWSSKJV0H80, on 17th of November 2023, executed a transfer of shares (in specie) to company INTERCAPITAL, INC., Masarykova 1, Zagreb, VAT ID No. (OIB): 91995585043.
• The transaction refers to a total of 199,750 of the Company's shares, which respresents a total of 8.62% of voting rights. With the execution of the aforementioned transaction fund ICAM Outfox Macro Income Fund ceases to hold any voting rights in the Company as of 17th of November 2023.
