ZAGREB, 17 Nov (Hina) - Representatives of the Independent Democratic Serb Party (SDSS) and other Serb organisations in Croatia said on Friday their decision not to go to Vukovar and Škabrnja is not due to the fear of threats but because their need and wish to pay tribute is being used as a motive for physical conflicts.
