PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Marko Đerek, Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc., based on realization of the Company share purchase option right, on August 22nd 2023 purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company at an average weighted price for the year 2019 of EUR 56.96 per share, which amounted to a total of EUR 427,200.00.
The shares’ average daily price on August 22nd 2023 was EUR 137.58, which makes the total of EUR 1,031,850.00 so the difference between the price at which the shares were purchased from the Company and the shares’ average daily price is a total of EUR 604,650.00 which represents the basis for the calculation of tax benefits and determining the amount that belongs to Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc. Marko Đerek.
By trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange Marko Đerek released 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company on August 23rd 2023.
