ZAGREB, July 1 (Hina) - High Representative to Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt has annulled laws adopted by the parliament of BiH's Serb entity of Republika Srpska on the non-application of decisions by the BiH Constitutional Court and the High Representative, imposing changes to BiH's penal code envisaging sentences of up to five years in prison for persons undermining BiH's constitutional order.
