Following the earlier announcements, INA hereby announces that in partnership with MOL the transaction of acquiring share in OMV Slovenija is completed.
INA will increase its share in OMV Slovenija (that will be renamed to MOL & INA d.o.o.) from the current 7.75 percent to 33 percent. Out of the newly acquired service stations, 27 will be operating under the INA brand.
The main supplier of fuel for all already existing and newly acquired INA and MOL service stations in Slovenia will be INA.
The EUR 301 mn enterprise value for the entire transaction (EUR 76 mn for 25.25%) results after initial adjustments in an equity purchase price of EUR 85 mn for INA’s 25.25% share increase (and is to be adjusted for the actual net working capital and net financial debt as at closing).
