Hereby Span d.d. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), Koturaška cesta 47, OIB 19680551758, informs that on June 14th, 2023, the constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company was held, at which Mr. Ante Mandić was appointed as the new chairman of the Supervisory Board by a unanimous decision.
The meeting of the Supervisory Board was held after the General Assembly of the Company held on June 14th, 2023, at which Mrs. Ivana Šoljan and Mrs. Mirjana Marinković were elected as members of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The aforementioned members of the Supervisory Board are elected for the period that lasts from the adoption of the Decision of the General Assembly until the expiration of the mandate of other members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, that is, until 30th September 2024.
