Notification on adoption and publication of the Sustainability Linked Bond Framework and on publication of the Second Party Opinion and of the Information Memorandum in connection with the intended issuance of sustainability-linked bonds
Further to the announcements of the company ZAGREBAČKI HOLDING d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) dated 9 February 2023 and 28 April 2023, the Company hereby announces that, the Management Board (on 9 June 2023), the Supervisory Board (on 12 June 2023) and the Assembly (on 13 June 2023) of the Company have approved the Sustainability Linked Bond Framework (the "Framework").
