- the Company made release of the Company's shares (own shares), acquired within the Own Shares Buy-Back Program, as follows:
− On 11 May 2023, 1,663 own shares, ticker ZB, were released to the members of the Management Board of the Company, at their total nominal value of HRK 16,630.00, which represents 0.0717% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company's issued share capital amounts to HRK 23,178,500.00 and is divided into 2,317,850 shares with a nominal value of HRK 10.00.
Following the aforementioned release, the Company holds a total of 8,369 of own shares, which represents 0.3611% of the Company's issued share capital.
