The Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Exchange) hereby announces that on May 10, 2023, the Commercial Court in Zagreb registered the incorporation of the company Adria Digital Exchange, ltd. seated in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), in whose share capital the Exchange holds a minority stake of 24%.
By the decision of the members of the Company, Tomislav Gračan, member of the Management Board of the Exchange, was appointed as one of the directors of the Company.
The Company was founded with the goal of detailed research and development of potential for trading and
management of virtual assets
