The audited consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for the year that ended on December 31, 2022 were examined and discussed at the meeting, along with the Independent Auditor’s Report and the unaudited consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2023.
The Issuer’s Supervisory Board adopted and thus validated the audited financial statements for the year that ended on December 31, 2022, including the Independent Auditor’s Report. The Issuer's Supervisory Board also examined and duly noted the unaudited financial statements for the first quarter of 2023.
