Following the Invitation to the General Meeting of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter: the Company) with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611, announced on April 26, 2023, the Company hereby announces that, due to a typing error, it corrects one number and expression of the number in letters in the amount of the aligned share capital of the Company in the proposed decisions under points Ad. 13 and Ad. 14 and explanations of such decisions, in a way that instead of the amount of
• EUR 3,076,615.61 (three million seventy-six thousand six hundred and fifteen euro and sixty-one cents), or EUR 3,076,615.00 (three million seventy-six thousand six hundred and fifteen euro),
states the correct amount of
• EUR 3,076,315.61 (three million seventy-six thousand three hundred and fifteen euro and sixty-one cents), or EUR 3,076,315.00 (three million seventy-six thousand three hundred and fifteen euro).
The rest of the text of the Invitation to the General Meeting of the Company convened for June 12, 2023 remains unchanged.
