Sunce hoteli d.d., Radnička cesta 43, Zagreb, PIN (OIB): 06916431329 (“Issuer” or “Company”), informs that it received a notice (“Notice”) issued by the shareholder Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o. having its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Ive Mallina 11, PIN (OIB): 63572346734, on the transaction of a closely associated person who performs managerial duties in the Company.
The transaction in question occurred due to the acquisition of 681,818 shares of the Issuer by the shareholder Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o. within the procedure of increasing the Issuer's share capital in accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 30 January 2023.
The reason for the notification is based on the fact that the President of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer is an indirect holder of a 99% stake in Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o.
