We hereby inform you, as the aforementioned Issuer of the Shares which have been introduced to the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, that today, March 31st, 2023, we have delivered to the following authorities:

• Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency - Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information
• as well as announced on our official website: https://www.span.eu/en/investors/ a Notice on the release of own shares in accordance with Article 474 of the Capital Market Act.
Span d.d. (“the Company”) released 6.415 of own shares based on the Share Buy-Back Programme adopted on December 2nd, 2022, at the Company’s Management and Supervisory Board meeting.
The Programme is carried out with the aim of disposition of the Shares within the framework of the Company's ESOP programme, rewarding members of the Management Board, employees of the Company and affiliated companies, potential acquisitions of companies, as well as for all other purposes that are foreseen and permitted as such by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia, and in accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of the Company from June 13th, 2022.
Prior to the said release, the Company owned 20.029 of own shares, representing 1,0219 % of the share capital.
After the said release and as at the date of this Notice, the Company owns a total of 13.614 of own shares, representing 0,6946 % of the share capital.
Share capital of the Company amounts to HRK 19,600,000.00 and is divided into 1,960,000 ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of HRK 10.00 under security code SPAN-R-A and ISIN code HRSPANRA0007.
