Sunce hoteli d.d., Radnička cesta 43, Zagreb, PIN (OIB): 06916431329 (“Company” or “Issuer”), hereby informs that an increase in Share Capital (through the issuance of New Shares) and amendments to the
provisions of the Articles of Association have been entered in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, all based on the decision by the General Assembly of the Company dated 30 January 2023.
Thus, the Issuer's share capital was increased from 92,882,426.00 euros by 8,863,634.00 euros to 101,746,060.00 euros by issuing a total of 681,818 new ordinary shares of the Company to the name, in
dematerialized form, of an individual nominal amount of 13.00 euros.
