ZAGREB, 13 March (Hina) - The president of the Independent Croatian Trade Unions (NHS), Krešimir Sever, said on Monday the government's measures to help citizens and the economy are what they expected, and that negotiations on raising wages in state and public services, as well as in the private sector, should be opened urgently.
