Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that, pursuant to the Decision on granting an authorization to the Management Board to acquire treasury shares and the Decision on the exclusion of pre-emption rights of existing shareholders, adopted by the General Assembly of Atlantic Grupa d.d. on 27 June 2019, during the business year 2023 the Company will acquire treasury shares with the purpose of their offer through the share option program to employees or employees of its associate companies. In 2023, the Company will acquire not more than 100,000 (one hundred thousand) shares of the Company.
Pursuant to aforementioned Decisions, the lowest price per purchased share will not be less than the nominal value of the share; whereas the highest purchased price per share shall not exceed the average market price during 15 working days preceding the acquiring of shares. The highest price of the purchased share may be increased by up to 5%, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
