The Supervisory Board of Dalekovod d.d. at the session held on February 28, 2023, decided to extend the mandate of the current President of the Management Board, Mr. Tomislav Rosandić, and the members of the Management Board, Mr. Tvrtko Zlopaša and Mr. Eugen Paić-Karega, in the positions mentioned above.
The mandates are extended until March 31, 2024, to align with the mandate periods within the KONČAR Group.
The mandate of the current member of the Management Board, Mr. Ivan Kurobasa, expires on March 31, 2023. To Mr. Kurobasa, the company Dalekovod d.d. thanks for the contribution to the business during a challenging period in which a significant step forward was made in the direction of the operational and financial stability of the company.
