Pursuant to provisions of Articles 133 and 140 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereon in the text: the Company) hereby announces that on February 27, 2023, the Management Board of the Company will be held in order to consider the consolidated and unconsolidated financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter of 2022.
Atlantic Grupa d.d. hereby announces that on February 28, 2023 at the Company’s headquarters, starting at 10:00 AM, the presentation to interested financial analysts and investors, announcing financial results for the Fourth Quarter 2022 and unaudited financial results for the year 2022 will be held, inviting interested parties to confirm their participation by e-mail to ir@atlanticgrupa.com no later than 24 February 2023.
