ZAGREB, 30 Jan (Hina) - Outgoing Czech President Miloš Zeman said in Belgrade on Monday that Serbia could act as a mediator in efforts to find a solution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, noting that his assessment was based on Belgrade's not having introduced sanctions against Moscow, which could be an advantage for such a role.
