ZAGREB, 12 Jan (Hina) - Commenting on yet another government reshuffle and appointment of Branko Bačić as Construction Minister to succeed Ivan Paladina, President Zoran Milanović said on Thursday that ministerial appointments are of secondary importance as PM Andrej Plenković alone is responsible for the post-earthquake reconstruction.
