on November 28th 2022 acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of at an average weighted price for the year 2018 of HRK 316.52 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 633,040.00 and 2,000 ordinary shares of at an average weighted price for the year 2019 of HRK 429.13 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 858,260.00.
