The annual General Assembly of Tankerska Next Generation d.d. (“Company”) was held at the Company’s headquarters in Zadar on November 21 st , 2022, at 10:00 hours. At the annual General Assembly 7,984,398 votes were present, representing 91.7217% of the total share capital with voting power.
The proposed decision was adopted by the required majority of votes. Agenda of the General Assembly:
