ZAGREB, 10 Oct (Hina) - Less than 10 percent of perpetrators of gender-based violence received an unconditional prison sentence, and when the crime is committed by military or police personnel, procedures should be stricter and not more lenient, Ombudsman for Gender Equality Višnja Ljubičić, said on Monday.
