ZAGREB, 3 Oct (Hina) - The outgoing Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, is winning in the elections for the president of the Serb entity of Republika Srpska but the opposition, which earlier said its candidate Jelena Trivić had won, on Monday accused him of electoral fraud, demanding that elections be repeated.
