Pursuant to the Article 474 paragraph 1 of the Capital Markets Act, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23 (hereinafter also as: the Company) informs that, pursuant to the Optional Award program and the awarding politics of Atlantic Grupa, with the purpose of its realization among its employees, that on 23 September 2022, it has transferred 736 of its own shares of the total nominal amount of HRK 7,360.00, which represents 0.005% of subscribed capital of the Company, to its employees.
Before such transfer, the Company had 36.456 of its own shares, of the total nominal value of HRK 364,560.00, which represents 0.27% of subscribed capital of the Company.
After the transfer the Company had 35,720 of its own shares, with the total nominal value of HRK 357,200.00 which represents 0.27% of subscribed capital of the Company.
