ZAGREB, 17 Sept (Hina) - Croatian towns, municipalities and counties breathed a collective sigh of relief after the government capped energy prices. Their energy bills for kindergartens, schools, public lighting and other expenses reached HRK 1.2 billion (€160m) last year and would be four times higher this year without the government measures.
