-on August 31st, 2022, the Company released 4.000 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.056180% of the Company's share capital.
Pursuant to the above, based on the Company share purchase right, Milan Tadić, Member of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc., purchased from the Company 2.000 shares at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 704,300.00, and 2.000 shares at an average weighted price for the year 2018 of HRK 316.52 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 633,040.00
After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 101,579 of the own shares, which is 1.426671% of the Company's share capital.
