a Notice that a session of the Management Board of Span d.d. was held on July 29 th, 2022, during which the unaudited financial statements of the Span Group (consolidated) and Span d.d. (unconsolidated) for the period from January 1st to June 30 th, 2022, were considered and adopted.
The respective unaudited financial statements will be announced in the time period prescribed by relevant provisions of law.
