ZAGREB, 29 June (Hina) - The average score for budget transparency by local government in Croatia in 2021 was 4.46 out of a possible 5, with a slight decline in the average level of transparency in municipalities compared to the cycle before, according to an Institute of Public Finance (IJF) survey presented on Wednesday.
