Based on the provisions of Article 474 of the Capital Market Law, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on May 19th 2022, the Company released 5,664 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.079551% of the Company's share capital.
Pursuant to above, the Company share purchase right of the former employee was executed, so that 2,332 shares were purchased from the Company at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 821,213.80 and 3,332 shares at an average weighted price for the year 2018 of HRK 316.52 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 1,054,644.64. After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 101,202 of the own shares, which is 1.421376% of the Company's share capital.
