ZAGREB, 16 May (Hina) - If the government had not intervened in excise duties and lifted the requirement to mix in bio-component, diesel would have cost HRK 0.88 more per litre, shows an analysis by the Croatian Employers' Association, which calls for additional government measures to help carriers due to high fuel prices.
