ZAGREB, 28 April (Hina) - Wreaths were laid and candles lit in Gudovac on Thursday to mark the 81st anniversary of a mass crime committed by members of Croatia's WWII Ustasha regime against Serbs in the area of Bjelovar, which occurred only 18 days after the Nazi-styled Independent State of Croatia (NDH) was proclaimed in 1941.
