Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce:
- that the session of the Management Board of PODRAVKA Inc. will be held on April 22nd 2022 in order to consider the unaudited Financial Statements of PODRAVKA Group (consolidated) and PODRAVKA Inc. (non-consolidated) for the period 1.1.-31.3.2022,
- that the session of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. will be held on April 29th 2022 in order to consider the unaudited Financial Statements of PODRAVKA Group (consolidated) and PODRAVKA Inc. (non-consolidated) for the period 1.1.-31.3.2022.
