Pursuant to Article 135 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. with its headquarters in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that:
- the meeting of the Management Board of the Bank will be held on March 15, 2022,
- the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank will be held on March 25, 2022.
At the afore-mentioned meetings, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will consider audited financial statements for the year 2021.
