SARAJEVO, 2 March (Hina) - The Serb member of Bosnia and Herzegovina's collective state Presidency, Milorad Dodik, tried to impose a decision on the country's neutrality regarding Russia's aggression on Ukraine at a Presidency session on Wednesday, but the other two members of the Presidency refused it.
