• as well as announced on our official website: https://www.span.eu/en/investors/ all regulated information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Exchange Rules and the Capital Market Act and related to the financial statements adopted by the Issuer's Management Board at its session held on February 25th, 2022., during which the unaudited financial statements of the Span Group (consolidated) and Span d.d. (unconsolidated) for the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2021., were considered and adopted.
