ZAGREB, 25 Feb (Hina) - The European Commission on Friday unveiled a €3.2 billion investment package to support 21 transport, digital, climate and energy connectivity projects in the Western Balkans, while two projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina's Serb entity have been frozen until its representatives return to state institutions.
