According to the provisions of the Capital Market Act, the Companies Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter referred to as: the Company), notifies that a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company was held on 31st December, 2021.
At the above meeting, the Supervisory Board considered the updated report on Ilirija d.d. prepared by the investment bank Wood & Company of 20th December 2021, published as part of the Research Reporting Program for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) listed on the Stock Exchange, which program financed by the EBRD includes Ilirija d.d. which participates in it as well.
