Further to the Notes Subscription Invitation dated 29 November 2021 (the Notes Subscription Invitation) addressed to qualified investors to subscribe the notes of the company INA-INDUSTRIJA NAFTE, d.d., having its seat in Zagreb, Avenija V. Holjevca 10, registered with the Court Registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb under registry no. (MBS): 080000604, OIB: 27759560625 (the Issuer), up to the total nominal amount of HRK 2,000,000,000.00, with a fixed annual interest rate and semi-annual interest payments and one-off maturity of the principal after five years with the ticker INA-O-26CA and the ISIN HRINA0O26CA0 (the Notes) and, after the end of the offer period, the Issuer, pursuant to the provisions of Article 17 and Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC, publishes information on the total subscribed and allocated amount of the Notes and the determined issue price, yield and fixed interest rate of the Notes as follows:

After the expiry of the deadline for payment of the Notes by qualified investors, in accordance with the Notes Subscription Invitation and the Payment Instructions to qualified investors for payment, and after the inclusion of the Notes in depository services of the Central Depository and Clearing Company (SKDD), the Issuer shall, on its website and on the Zagreb Stock Exchange’s website, on the issue date of the Notes, publish the Final Issue Terms Notice on the Notes issue and their inclusion in the SKDD’s depository services.
