Following the notice published on October 14, 2021 entitled "Supervisory Board Meeting held", ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. with its headquarters in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a, announces that the mentioned notice erroneously states that the shareholders will be paid HRK 161,009,797.00 from retained earnings, while the correct amount of the payment is HRK 161,009,979.00.
