• as well as announced on our official website: https://www.span.eu/en/investors/
all prescribed documentation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Exchange Rules and the Capital Market Act and related to the financial statements adopted by the Issuer's Management Board at its session held on September 29th, 2021, during which the unaudited financial statements of the SPAN Group (consolidated) and SPAN d.d. (unconsolidated) for the First Half of 2021 were considered and adopted.
