The Management Board of the Company has on 15th September 2021 adopted the Decision on the issue of the Bonds and on their listing on the Official Market of ZSE.
In accordance with the afore mentioned Decision of the Management Board of the Company, the considered issuance and listing of the Bonds (hereinafter: the Transaction) shall only be executed subject to obtaining of all regulatory approvals in accordance with the applicable regulations and subject to acceptable market conditions. In case of the execution of the Transaction, the Company will timely announce information about the Transaction as well as its conditions. Also, if the Transaction is executed, the Company shall apply for admission of the Bonds to trading on the Official Market of ZSE immediately after the considered issuance of the Bonds.
For the purposes of support to the Transaction, Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. and Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. have been engaged in their capacity as the agents of the issuance, and the law firms Mamić Perić Reberski Rimac and Mišković & Mišković have been engaged in their capacity as legal advisors to the Company and the agents of the issuance respectively.
