Pursuant to the above, based on the Company share purchase right, the former manager purchased from the Company 2,000 shares at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 704,300.00.
After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 105,916 of the own shares, which is 1.487584% of the Company's share capital.
