ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d., Jadranski Trg 3a, Rijeka successfully issued its inaugural senior preferred bond in the total amount of EUR 400 million maturing in 2028, callable after 6 years on the international capital markets („Eurobond“). The joint lead managers on the transaction were BofA Securities Europe SA, Erste Group Bank AG, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Societe Generale. The Eurobond will be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
