ZAGREB, 28 June (Hina) - In order to stop emigration and possibly increase its population, Croatia should achieve a real per capita income of 75-80% of the EU average, which can be accomplished in this decade given available EU funds, it was said at the conference "Key Croatian Successes", held in Zagreb on Monday.
