Regular Meetings of the Supervisory Board when the Company’s financial statements shall be discussed and/or decided upon, shall be held on:

The above regular Meetings of the Supervisory Board shall be preceded or followed by the regular Meetings of the Management Board, to decide on the Company’s Financial Statements.
The regular annual General Meeting shall be held on: 30 July 2021.
The Company's Financial Statements shall be published on:
- 26 February 2021 - Annual consolidated and unconsolidated Q4 2020 Financial Statements;
- 30 April 2021 – Audited annual consolidated and unconsolidated Financial Statements Full Year 2020 with the Statutory Auditors' Report;
- 30 April 2021 - Consolidated and unconsolidated Q1 2021 Financial Statements;
- 30 July 2021 - Consolidated and unconsolidated First Half 2021 Financial Statements;
- 29 October 2021 - Consolidated and unconsolidated Q3 2021 Financial Statements.
